Shipping Frequency

Since this shop is not a full-time job currently, all orders for each week will be processed and shipped at the end of each week. If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, please get your order in by 5:00PM on Thursdays; I will be packing all orders afterwards and then shipping out orders Friday afternoon. Any orders made past 5PM will be relegated and shipped the week afterwards.

Shipping Regions

At the moment, this shop is only servicing the US region. If you currently live outside of the USA and would like to purchase anything, please reach out to me through my email (at [email protected]) with "[SHOP OF KEETERZ: INTERNATIONAL ORDER REQUEST]" in the subject line. Rather than setting up multiple shipping zones worldwide, it would currently be much easier to handle international orders on an individual basis.

If demand for specific regions increases, I'll set up shipping profiles for the online store to handle on its own and I will update this page here!

Returns & Refunds

This shop does not take returns. However, if any items are damaged or lost in shipping, do not hesitate to contact me and I can ship you a replacement or refund you for the damaged or lost item(s).
